We expected the worst, but had a comfortable stay. Room 201 was large and clean, the shower was hot, and the pillow- top mattress was really comfortable. And the view of the garden out back was nice. Thank you, Patel family, for your hospitality.
This hotel is a nice place with an Indian restaurant on the premises. The manager was very nice and very accommodating when we explained my elderly mother would need a room on 1st floor( no elevator). We had 3 rooms. One on the 1st floor said she had flies in her room but otherwise it was nice. Complimentary breakfast was basic.
Shabby need work done. It's quiet. The beds r horrible and the bathrooms need serious work done. I don't like to complain bcuz we as business owners try the best we can. It's n a good location. It really need work done. Today people don't care about anything. I know the owner didn't make the place like that. People feel it's not their place, so people don't care. Just a little food for thought.
The rooms were perfectly fine for a short stay somewhere. However, I was slightly upset with the absolute refusal to mail me my fire stick I accidentally left in the room. I live in NJ so it’s impossible for me to get back there. I offered to pay for postage and staff refused. They said the only way I could get it back is if I sent a carrier there with a post marked envelope and they’d put my fire stick in the envelope. There are no carrier services that would do that for me.
Late check in with zero issues. One of those places one could mistakenly prejudged (don't judge a book by its cover), and was pleasantly surprised by how well kept the rooms were. The inside of the room was immaculate (personal pride) and spacious. Brand new Frigidaire A/C unit which was quiet and the location made the room cold, but not blowing directly into your face while sleeping. Woke up well rested.
I don't care how the hotel looks as long as it comes in handy when you're in a middle of a winter storm and your 2 hours away you just want to get off the road and just chill and relax. The location is kind of nowhere but in a case of weather emergency it provides you with a roof where you could recoup and wait till the roads are clean enough so in that case scenario I see this hotel I'm checking in. My personal opinion.
